NOTE: Registration is obligatory for all paper presenters. Attendance is free of charge for all others participants.

 

 

Instructions for registration

 

- To register, please use the online registration form; once the form is submitted, you must transfer the appropriate registration fee (see bank details below) and email proof of transfer to sala-32@clul.ul.pt;

- Please note that registration will not be considered complete until the registration form is duly filled and proof of bank transfer of the correct fee is received by the Conference Office;

- Registration must be completed by March 31st, 2016.

 

Transfer instructions

 

- Please note that, once paid, registration fees are not refundable.

- When making the bank transfer, please mention "SALA32 REGISTRATION" in description field.

- Transfer receipt should be emailed to the organizers at sala-32@clul.ul.pt as soon as possible after completion of the online form, and subject line should contain "SALA-32 Registration Transfer".

- Students must also send adequate proof of their status in order to avail of the special student fee. 

- If you require any special information to be included in the receipt emitted by the organizers, please email the following details along with your proof of transfer: Complete Name, Address, Fiscal/Taxpayer Number, and any additional information required; once emitted, the receipt cannot be changed.
